Fran Baric

Fran Baric is Senior Vice President, Client Management. She is responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.  A long-time industry veteran, she manages and develops accounts to initiate and maintain favorable interactions with clients.



Prior to joining the sales team at Active five years ago, Fran spent 15 years at Active as Senior Vice President, Print & OOH Media Director.  She managed a team responsible for negotiating and executing quarterly buys for more than 30 clients in the marketplace. Fran was highly effective at building relationships with vendors as well as clients, offering more consolidated strategies and approaches to grow business. Fran’s expertise includes packaged goods, electronics, retail and network advertising. Prior to joining Active in 1997, Fran was Media Supervisor at Cliff Freeman and Partners, where she planned and bought cable, radio, and newspaper for Ameritech Cellular Phones’ co-op advertising. Before that, she co-managed the print AOR for P&G at Saatchi and Saatchi, communicating among 11 planning agencies and AOR.  At McCann Erickson, she worked on the Print AOR for Coca-Cola and Grand Metropolitan.  Her career began at Grey Advertising as a media planner on BMG Music where she planned and presented media recommendations based on market trends, results, competitive activity and demographics.
